We currently ship within the United States.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. During product launches or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, and we'll note it at checkout when that's the case.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Standard shipping is free on orders over $200. Orders under $200 are charged a flat rate calculated at checkout based on your destination. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or reach out to our support team.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to be the first to know when it's available in your region.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
