How to return
Reach Out
Email our support team with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return within 30 days of delivery.
Ship It Back
We'll send you a prepaid return label along with simple instructions. Pack the items in their original packaging.
Get Refunded
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened Butcher Balm cannot be returned unless it arrived defective or damaged.
Exchanges
Need a different size or product? Start an exchange the same way you'd start a return. Once your original item is on its way back, we'll ship the replacement. If there's a price difference, we'll handle it before the exchange ships.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — including any shipping costs — at no charge to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used personal-care products, final-sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out before shipping it back and we'll help.
